Overview

Business Diagnostic is designed with privacy at its core. You do not need an account to use any of our diagnostics, and we collect the minimum personal information necessary to deliver the service.

What we collect

• Assessment responses: your answers are processed to generate your scores and results. Results are stored using a non-guessable identifier so they can be retrieved during your active session.
• Company name (optional): if you choose to provide it, this is used only to personalise your report.
• Ask a Question submissions: if you submit a question, we collect your name, email, optional company name, and your question, along with your diagnostic results for context.
• Analytics data: we track anonymised usage events (such as assessments started and completed) to understand how the tool is used. This does not identify you personally.

What we do not collect

• We do not require you to create an account or log in.
• We do not ask for detailed confidential financial information.
• We do not email-gate your results or PDF reports.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

How we use your information

• To generate and display your diagnostic results and PDF reports.
• To respond to questions you submit about your results.
• To improve the quality and usefulness of the diagnostics.

Data retention

Assessment results are retained to allow result retrieval and to support aggregate analytics. You are not required to provide personal data to receive your results. "Ask a Question" submissions are retained for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

Your rights
